Supporting our team’s mental health is foundational to who we are at VCP. Our Employee Assistance Program is available for team members and their households 24/7, and our partnership with AllyHealth offers additional support related to mental health and overall well-being. VCP teachers and campus faculty enjoy a minimum of 27 paid holidays each school year, and all roles include paid sick and/or personal time off as well.
