A long-standing commitment to enrolling a diverse and inclusive student body. We have had international boarding students since the late 1800s. We went coed in the 1850s and then began a Center for Learning (bright kids with LD represents about 12% of the student body of 525).
The mascot is the red-tailed hawk, we have over 30 countries represented by our student body, we have a pond on campus where we skate in the winter, Stephen Crane is an alumus.
