Elmer A. Henderson: A Johns Hopkins Partnership School serves 550 students in grades K-8. We are located in East Baltimore in a state-of-the-art 125,000 square foot building. We are a Baltimore City Public School operated by the Johns Hopkins University School of Education, in partnership with Morgan State University. We are the anchor of the effort to revitalize historic East Baltimore. There are new shops, buildings, and housing going up around us. When we opened we were the first new school built in East Baltimore in over 30 years.
