Raul Yzaguire Schools were established in 1992 in Houston's East End for students K-12. Later, it would serve the Brownsville community. In 2021, Texas Education Agency (TEA) approved RYSS for expansion in Houston and grades in Brownsville.

Texas certified teacher Use the Tejano Center to provide our students and families services needed of a community school.
