Learning Community Charter School serves 630 students in Jersey City from PreK-8th grade. We are the most diverse school in New Jersey. Learning Community is a school that focuses on project-based learning, social-emotional learning, and community service. We seek to make every student shine and enhance their greatest talents. We have a constructivist bent in terms of curriculum. We have a school therapy dog, teacher yoga twice a week, we have won basketball, ballroom dance, Model UN, spelling bees, NJ History Day, volleyball and soccer championships.
