We believe that learning should be fun and exciting and that youth should be actively involved in their education. The rigorous STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) curriculum will be anchored in the New Jersey Student Learning Standards and will be delivered in a digitally-enhanced, project-based learning environment. Relevant, hands-on programming will integrate the school and community to create an authentic education experience. Essential Functions: Support the philosophy and vision of Creativity CoLaboratory Charter School. Support the implementation of STEAM integration throughout the school using collaborative, project-based learning; Differentiate instruction as needed to ensure the success of all students; Inspire students to think creatively and critically; Lead students in the learning process through the use of 21st century skills such as innovation, creativity, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, ethical decision-making, collaboration, teamwork, time management, empathy, and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess at minimum a substitute teaching certificate to be considered for long-term and substitute positions. NJ teaching certification recommended.
