The Winston School of Short Hills is seeking a dynamic, creative, and motivated Middle School Science Teacher.
The Winston School of Short Hills is a coed, 1st-8th grade, independent school serving children with language-based learning differences. Our students have the potential to meet with academic success but have been largely unsuccessful due to such challenges as dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, low processing speed, central auditory processing disorder and, poor organizational, and executive functioning skills. Our reading programs are Orton-Gillingham-based, and we believe in a multi-modality approach to teaching in every discipline and at grade level. Most of our students move on to mainstream public, independent, boarding, and parochial schools. Winston is fully accredited through the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and is a member of the NAIS.
The Winston School complies with COVID-related safety guidelines established by the State of New Jersey and our local board of health.
