Teacher Intake and Support Associate (Part-time)
Responsibilities: conduct initial screening calls of prospective candidates seeking teaching and school leader positions through Selected. Through these calls, you will determine a candidate’s fit and suitability for Selected, provide advice and coaching to improve their candidacy and recommend changes to maximize exposure to best-fit schools. You will serve as a candidate’s point of contact and support system to the Selected process.
Senior Software Developer
We are a fullstack JS shop, but open to all language expertise -- especially as we scale. You have experience scaling and optimizing platforms and leading a team. You have an eye towards UX and the business itself.
Director of Recruitment
Responsibilities: develop high-quality, diverse pipelines of candidates and complementary pipelines of schools and school networks. Identify promising channels and partnerships. You know the K-12 landscape well, especially teacher pathways, and enjoy communicating with and supporting teachers.
Director of School Sales and Support
Responsibilities: manage and grow our base of K-12 school partners and ensure our platform is being used effectively. Develop and execute strategy for school partner growth, conduct new school onboardings, support existing schools, and collaborate with the product team to share feedback.
Director of Teacher Selection and Support
Responsibilities: manage, scale, and optimize our teacher intake and support process, develop teacher services, content, and features in collaboration with the product team. You are passionate about career & professional development for teachers. You know the K-12 landscape well, especially teacher pathways.
Director of Marketing
Responsibilities: identify effective marketing channels, develop compelling content, messaging, and partnerships consistent with the mission of Selected, and collaborate with recruitment and product teams.
